|Recommended: NoIt is one of the most expensive private bedroom places and is not updated. — The bedrooms are very spacious but needs to be updated. The carpets rolls and the kitchen floor has bubbles.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — Calm, easy.
|Recommended: YesReally good apartment — I love that I have a single bedroom and only three roommates
|Recommended: YesNice living space, poor management — Nice living area, spacious rooms, lots of storage area. However, it's very hard to get ahold of management and the Optix wifi struggled many times throughout the semester.
|Recommended: NoNot great. But it's near campus — It's ok I would change places if I knew a place closer with private rooms. The managers at the complex are great They do as much as they can but the company the oversees the properties does not care and when you ask to speak to the right person who has the say in the matter they tell you they are not in or will get back to you. Again the managers are great but the people that are above the ground level dont really see a need to get things done. I have called about bad internet and it took 3 time going to the main office to get a call back were I was told that it was not anything they could fix and I should just head to campus and do assignment there. I had to by a hot spot with how spotty it has been. When I told the head office about it they told me that was my decision and they would not take responsibility and accept that they should change out things. Again the managers on site are great best in the areas but the company that owns the property is kinda bad. But welcome to Rexburg housing.
|Recommended: YesFantastic, Private Rooms, Good People, No AC, Bad Wifi — It's been really nice, the lack of management has been a little odd, but I understand there have been so extenuating and unusual circumstances there. I love the private rooms and the space in each apartment. The wifi is dreadful, but it is everywhere in Rexburg so I'm not sure I can blame housing for that. Not having AC in the apartments bugs me a lot. This isn't Alaska, it still gets 90 degrees in the summers.
|Recommended: YesGreat — Super great apartments
|Recommended: YesLove it here — Awesome, close to campus with a private room, and chill roommates. Managers are awesome.
|Recommended: YesIt's cool. — It's cool. It's nice to have your own room and it's a great spot. Near campus. Would recommend.
|Recommended: YesVery nice — So far so great Management is fantastic
|Recommended: YesAt the End of the Day, Its All Good. — I would tell them that the apartments are nice. Each person has their own room and privacy. I do wish the doors locked. The living room is nice, and a tv is included. Its really nice to have a full kitchen, just bring your own pots and pans. I wish there was two refrigerators instead of one, because there is limited space.
|Recommended: YesAutumn Winds is great — I love living at Autumn Winds. The price is pretty steep for what you get for the actual apartment, but management, maintenance, and location to campus can't be beat Appliances could be better, the kitchen is pretty small, and years of use from previous tenants makes it pretty worn down, but everything else pretty much makes up for it Especially the private rooms
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments, Great Management — This is a great place to live, I love the area, the apartments are clean and very spacious Quiet neighbors, friendly staff, and helpful managers and maintenance staff.
|Recommended: YesSummer experience — So far, it has been a good place to stay. It's close to campus and some shops. It is not a new structure, but well enough maintained
|Recommended: YesFeels like home — Management is awesome They're very helpful and accommodating. The apartments are huge. I love it here
