|Recommended: YesIt’s great, lots of storage, great location, plenty of parking — Quiet, well designed, lots of space. Although, quite a few things need fixed such as leaky faucets, tubs were absolutely filthy moving in, doors were filthy especially around the handle area all doors .
|Recommended: NoIt isn't awful, but it could be a lot better considering the price-point. — It's what you make it. I wouldn't move there if you are looking for an easy social life. You have to seek it out. The apartments look nice, but can actually be falling apart upon closer inspection.
|Recommended: NoNot bad, too expensive for what you get — The single bedrooms are very small, there is no air conditioning or climate control, just ran by little knobs on separate heaters, and you would expect to get new nice looking apartments for the price... my previous apartments were new and had a full gym and hottubs and it was only 1400

|Recommended: YesGood place to stay but a little on the expensive side — I have loved living here and have really enjoyed the private rooms. The apartments are satisfactory and parking is okay. Management has been great and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. WiFi could be better and they really could use Ethernet cable plug-ins. Other than that it has been a great place to stay
|Recommended: NoOutdated and in need of remodel — The people who live in this complex are great however the apartments themselves are out dated and in need of serious repair. I submitted several work orders to be done to fix issues with the apartment and only one was taken care of because it was an immediate emergency. The private rooms are nice but the apartment does not live up to 1500. Appliances need to be replaced and an overall makeover is necessary as well.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Ward and Management and Everything — I have zero complaints. Okay, sometimes I could hear the person above me stomping around, but that had as much to do with their walking as anything else. Really, it's wonderful living there. Jodie manager is caring and tries to get to know you. Roommates were wonderful. The ward was friendly and inviting, despite having most of it made up by private room apartments which tend to be less social .
|Recommended: NoMeh — Clean checks aren't very detail-oriented. I found a lot of random stuff and a lot of dirt my first few weeks living here. Ew. Parking permits cost 50, they don't do any snow removal in the parking lot during winter so good luck finding a spot and not getting stuck after paying all that money you could have spent on groceries. We had a maintenance issue our first week in apartment because of the last people who lived here. They refused to cooperate with us and demanded that we pay for it even though it wasn't our fault. Brandon the maintenance guy was a jerk and treated us all like idiots after he fixed the thing, even though none of us were responsible for breaking it. The office hours are completely awful for students who are either in class or working. I could say more, but I think that this is enough. I will not be moving back in. 10 10 would NOT recommend to a friend.
