|Recommended: YesGeneral Review — My main dislike about this complex is the trash truck at 5am most mornings. With not having AC, we leave the windows open at night for a cool breeze and to avoid the apartment feeling stuffy, but when the trash truck comes in at 5am and starts clanking the cans against the truck, it gets really loud and wakes me up every time. I also wish there were 2 fridges in our apartments. 4 works, but it's really tight and all of us love to cook and do so every night, so getting groceries is limited and space period is super limiting.
|Recommended: YesSimplicity Review — I enjoy the privacy of one bed per room. The faculty here are nice overall though lacking in personal, professional it is a great place to live for a while. Students may alter basic utility features such as a shower head, toilet addons, and getting a Fridge, etc. Commanded Strip is recommended over nails since no dents holes are allowed in their walls.

|Recommended: YesFirst Apartment week 1 — I am satisfied with all physical aspects of my apartment so far. I do wish the website was more user friendly and notices, updates, and resident requirements were more obvious. I love the space and the service, but ask for better communication.
