|Recommended: YesWell-kept and safe area. Homey feel — Autumn winds is nice if you like privacy. The private rooms are my favorite part. It may not be the newest most updated looking complex but it feels homey and there's enough space to do what you need.
|Recommended: YesOnly Place I Will Live — One of my favorite features about this apartment is having your own room. I have a few mental illnesses and even though I love to hang out with friends and roommates, it’s nice to have your own space. I also love how close Autumn Winds is to campus

|Recommended: YesWonderful Place — They have been so friendly and helpful. The property managers are pretty laid back and kind. They have been so accepting of me bringing an ESA and it's been absolutely wonderful. They have enough parking for everyone too The maintenance staff is quick to fix problems and always willing to come back if it needs more attention.

I really like where I live--the building is in a great, centralized location in town, close to campus, and I love having my own room I will be recommending this complex to my friends.

|Recommended: YesCute and old — I love these buildings. They have a lot to offer, and I personally love that they're all private rooms. The bathrooms are a good size and the kitchen however, my one complaint is the insulation in the building around the windows. The windows tend to drip, and sometimes the windows will freeze open or closed. Besides that, the staff is always helpful, and the maintenance staff comes over quickly and resolves all the issues.
