|Recommended: YesOverall a good place to live — It’s smaller than I originally thought, but honestly it’s cozy. I’m usually able to find a parking spot close to my apartment. You can sometimes hear people walking upstairs, but it becomes background noise and isn’t much of a problem. I lived on the first floor, which meant it was colder, but each room has its own heat control so I was able to stay warm. And I loved having my own room. It’s also really close to campus. The only issue I really have is that the fridge is pretty small and is expected to fit food for 4 people. I ended up getting my own mini fridge so that my roommates had enough room. But other than that, I loved living here. It’s a great community and the ward is fantastic. It’s closer-knit than the other places I’ve lived.
|Recommended: YesInteresting First Experience — When I got to my apartment, I had already been traveling for 10 hours. The manager was extremely kind and gave me my room key, but when I got to my apartment, it was dirty and trashed. I also was notified that I was switched to a new room just the day before. Though I didn't mind that fact, the fact that I traveled so far and paid so much for a dirty apartment was very upsetting. I contacted the manager and she was very helpful in cleaning up the place though I still had to do lots of cleaning on my own . Overall, despite having a poor first experience with the apartment, the manager and roommates were very helpful in fixing the situation.

|Recommended: YesBig private rooms — I would suggest Autumn Winds to anyone and plan to move back. As long as you are okay with an older apartment- the closet it huge and so are the bedrooms.

|Recommended: YesVery nice. Apartments are well kept. Really like the location. — Worth paying the extra for private rooms. The part I like the most is that each room has there own thermostat. You can keep you room hotter or colder than the rest of the apartment. Whatever makes you comfortable.
|Recommended: NoNice in pictures, but not inside — It's nice having your own room and the lounge area is really nice as well. But as far as the apartment itself goes it's falling apart. We have found mold in multiple places and when we complain about it nothing gets done. Also the wifi goes out all the time. The apartment is falling apart and needs some serious work done. If it isn't used to advertise, it goes unnoticed.
